Short & simple version:

Let me make it simple: I collect no personal information about you, unless you choose to provide that information to me (by this I mean an email address for a newsletter subscription).

I do not give, share, sell, or transfer any personal information to a third party…that’s just not right.

Long & legal version:

What information do I collect?

I collect information from you when you subscribe to my newsletter or fill out a form.

When registering on my site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name or e-mail address. You may, however, visit my site anonymously.

Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on the site.

Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and other sites on the Internet.

Users may opt out of the mee of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.

What do I use your information for?

Any of the information I collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

To personalize your experience (your information helps me to better respond to your content needs);

To improve my Web site (I continually strive to improve my Web site  based on the information and feedback I receive from you);

To improve customer service (your information helps me to more effectively respond to your requests and feedback);

To send periodic emails (if you request them, of course);

The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, etc.

Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, I include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

Do I use cookies?

Google uses cookies (Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information (like the type of browser, location of your Internet Service Provider, and the page that was accessed). This is used for statistical purposes, but NEVER includes any personal information.

So in short, no, I can’t tell who you are by just visiting the site. You can contact me ANYTIME, but if you don’t, I won’t know you came to my site.

The cookies are just used to compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that I can offer better site content and information in the future.

Do I disclose any information to outside parties?

NEVER!

I do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. I may also release your information when I believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce my site policies, or protect my or others’ rights, property, or safety.

In short, I won’t go to jail to keep your Web traffic information private. If there’s a legal request, I will comply, sorry.
